About us

Who
We
Are.

A non-profit, community-based organisation
for pre-teens and teenagers in Nigeria

We help young Nigerians grow in health, education and confidence, and give them people to look up to.

The New Being Foundation (RC 148271) works to re-create and inculcate humanity credence in society, especially for pre-teens and teenagers, by building their capacities in self-development, quality health and education through research.

Peer pressure can derail a young person, so mentors and role models matter. We run technical assistance and capacity-building programmes for children and adolescents, hold school-based health talks, and partner with education agencies and health organisations to reduce HIV, STDs, teen pregnancy and related problems among middle and high school students.

Rebuilding human responsiveness

Serving humanity and making a difference by rebuilding human responsiveness for better health care, digital inclusion, education, and safe food and drug consumption. Through research, training, volunteering and policy programmes we support the less privileged and empower pre-teens and teenagers to become valuable and courageous, building hope, friendship and true confidence.
